GIVE BEAUTIFULLY
At BUBBLES, and throughout Ratner Companies, we have a rich history of giving back to the communities we serve. Our Stylists continue that tradition every day by supporting local causes that make a real difference.
Community Support
BUBBLES would not be the company we are today without our deeply rooted culture of caring for our Associates, our clients and the communities we serve. We are committed to making a positive impact through our many partnerships with local and national causes, and support for our family of associates.
Supporting Our Associates
At BUBBLES, it’s all about the people. That means caring for both our communities and our Stylists, who are the heart and soul of our company.
Financial Assistance
The mission of The HOPE Fund is to provide short-term emergency financial assistance to Associates who have encountered financial hardship.
Associates must be in an emergency situation and in need of financial assistance due to natural disaster, destruction of primary residence due to natural causes, or death of Associate or family member.
Assistance is available in the form of a grant and/or match of funds collected by fundraisers held by colleagues.
Employee Assistance Program
At BUBBLES, our Stylists come first and that means not only making sure they are prepared for business, but also addressing their personal needs. We provide our Stylists with a confidential referral service free of charge that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The program can help Stylists deal with tough situations and challenging transitions as well as positive changes in one's life.
Ratner Family Giving
The Ratner Family makes meaningful contributions to a wide range of charities that provide funding and assistance to wounded warriors, the arts, education and at-risk youth. They are committed to supporting causes that are of importance to our Associates. Funding is provided to non-profit organizations such as: The Gary Sinise Foundation, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, The American Red Cross, Camps for Kids, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Junior Achievement.
